The purpose of this form is for you to be able to print
it, fill it out and send it to us, with your deposit, so that we can reserve the
puppy of your choice for you.
Please do not print this and send it to us with a deposit
UNTIL AFTER WE HAVE SPOKE TO YOU ON THE PHONE and confirmed that the specific puppy
you are interested in, is still available.
Please remember to be certain about your
decision to purchase a puppy, for two reasons,

We will hold the puppy for you till it is 8 weeks old if you plan to come here and
pick up your puppy.
or 8 to 9 weeks old before they are ready to be shipped.
Then you
need to pay for the puppy in full before or when you pick up your puppy,
or you must
pay for the puppy and shipping cost in full one week before we can send the puppy
to you.
Payment in full for puppy and shipping is due at 7 weeks old. This gives
us 1 week to make all of the arrangements for you, to have your puppy sent to you.
(there are many things we must do to assure the puppies safety, and to meet the airline
requirements)
WE CAN NOT CONTINUE TO HOLD THE PUPPY AND WAIT FOR YOU TO MAKE PAYMENTS
AFTER THE PUPPY REACHES 9 WEEKS OF AGE, if the puppy is not paid in full and arrangements
made for the puppy to be picked up or shipped to you, the deposit and any other money
sent to us is forfeited by you, and we are able to make arrangements for the puppy
to be sold to someone else. (This is a very rare thing to happen, but I think it
is important that we put these terms in writing to you before you send us any money.)
